Before we get started, let me just clarify that I will be talking about chocolate and that is it. So who like chocolate? I know I do! But did you know that chocolate can be healthy for you? Well it can... if it is dark chocolate. The higher percentage of cocoa in the chocolate, the healthier. How you say? Well first off, it can lower your blood pressure! Not just that, but it also a very powerful source of antioxidants. Dark chocolate can also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This magnificent treat can also improve you brain function! Not just that but it can also work kind of like sunscreen! Now don't go covering yourself in dark chocolate because that is not how it works! All you have to do is eat it. But hey, if you want to cover yourself in chocolate, by all means, I'm not stopping you! Now before you go out to the beach after eating some dark chocolate expecting not to get burnt, hear me out. It doesn't protect you from getting a sun burn, but it will protect you from sun-induced damage. So in conclusion, darker really is better!
